While we strive to provide the best possible call connection to destinations worldwide, occasionally sometimes calls are charged erroneously. In these instances, Peezy would provide a refund to the customer for the incomplete calls
Kindly provide us via email with the following information regarding your refund request: the number dialed and the date and approximate time of the calls in question. When we receive this information we will be able to review your refund request.
Please note that all refund requests must be received within 3 days of the call in question, so that we may properly dispute the call with the call providers and issue a refund. |
